Congressman Jerrold Nadler (NY-08), Chair of the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties is pleased to welcome Shin Inouye as his new Communications Director.  Mr. Inouye was formerly the Senior Legislative Communications Associate at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Washington Legislative Office.  Born in New York, he spent six years in Tokyo, Japan and graduated with departmental honors from the Johns Hopkins University.  He is a member of the local chapters of the Japanese American Citizens League and the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association.

Congressman Nadler is also pleased to welcome Zachary Farley as his new Legislative Correspondent.  A former intern with the Congressman, Mr. Farley graduated cum laude from New York University and received his Master’s in Political Science from Columbia University.  He also has a law degree from the University of San Francisco.
