Today, Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) hailed the Obama Administration’s veto of a UN Security Council resolution labeling Israeli settlements illegal.  He released the following statement:

“I want to commend President Obama for acting boldly and decisively today and rejecting a blatantly anti-Israel UN Security Council resolution.  I thank the President and Ambassador Susan Rice for demonstrating leadership and clear thinking amidst a minefield of propaganda and political aggression toward Israel.  While much of the world only increases its one-sided vitriol against Israel, the support and friendship of the United States are more critical than ever.”
